Q3:
Ethical standards are of prime significance advertisement and marketing. Responsible
businesses know that in the short term, unethical activities will offer them high profits, but will
destroy the overall healthy market practice. In certain ways, unethical activities can occur.
Negative misleads people with false information just to excite them into buying product. Any of
them are dishonest advertisement tactics, high pressure pricing, advertising for dangerous
products, pushing fake desires, and advertising to generate cultural contamination. Remember
that they can or may not always be subject to the justice system or forbidden by statute. For
instance, a few years back SHELL OIL advertised that super shell petrol platform offered more
mileage than without a platform did the same gasoline. What shell did not say, although this was
real is that nearly all petrol requires platforms. The defense was that it had never said that only
shell petroleum fuel had found a platform. Although there are other challenges such as culture
pollution which is caused by hindering people’s thoughts by using commercials bearing
messages of materialism or prestige to view information. Such activities are obviously not
criminal, but immoral and they are counterproductive to the development of civilization and its
people. In the creation of an organized marketing communication programs, ethical
considerations because the legal considerations are almost uniform across nations, societies,
persons and categories. Yet relativism comes into play when it comes to ethics, when various
segments, morality varies by definition. In evaluating the required program elements that will
correspond with ethical needs of the individual segments, advertisers need to understand the
interpretation of the segments.

that should display their goals which always inspire them toward the organizational goals and
objectives, meanwhile the distance travelled towards excellence, the mile stones in their process
they achieved, during their journey they face hurdles, being a part of organization we should
stands with issues, and also inspires the employees toward the goals and objective. It usually
effect the performance and productivity of the firm, care guidelines and customer services, safety
and quality of products and concerns for the environment should also be viewed by us.
Considering myself this culture is experiences with different behaviors whom I am working
around the way the business is done, the treating of employees with ethical or equality and the
community. Decision making with their freedom of everyone working in the firm. New ideas
generations and interpersonal skills should be considered. This is unique factor which varies
from on business or cooperate to cooperate.

WHISTLEBLOWERS:
Basically is an attempt by a member or former member of an organization to disclose wrong
doing that they fell violates the law or endangers the welfare of other. There are two types of
whistleblowers internal and external that advocates beliefs and revelations within and outside
the organization. Having many advantages and disadvantages of whistleblowers in the situation.
As advantage like the actions of whistleblower are potentially beneficial to the society in contrast
disadvantage is they are risks to their personal safety of negative effects on their career. For
instance, in our society many cases arise harassing the another employees and then keeping
other employees to remain quiet because they think it is not their matter. Because they don’t
want to get involved themselves , having the fear that they will lose their job so they accept
unethical behavior meanwhile other people accept values honesty and fairness. By putting
themselves first. One who speaks out typically to expose such acts or dangers to public should be
resolved or need to be exposed. By exploring the problems our society will be proper courage
and principled environment will be formed.

According to me, if we look this example of tobacco company knowing the idea it is not good
for health for everyone. Us we heard that smoking is injurious to health. Obviously the thing
which is harm full what is it free still is not good. It is destroying the youth these habits are that
good to be adopted. As medically proven its dangerous for lungs and people can cause many
diseases of sometimes cause to death can be a main reason. Athletes should not follow such un
usual activities because they are real inspiration for any age of people like promoting such things
can lead children, men or women to negative and unhealthy life. It is wrong doing of any
company or firm if they are selling their products for free which are highly dangerous of
everyone even in the environment too. For instance, if a per genet lady is doing smoking of

course is not good for her and baby as well lead to a harmful and dangerous problem for both of
them.
1; NO Steven should not agree to be an ongoing informant for his new boss it will make him
look superior from the other employees infront of his boss , but his colleagues will not going to
be happy with him which will later make problem for him to work in a team with them
2.Steven has his position and his reputation in the company at stake. If he does not inform on his
coworkers, his position would be at a risk and if he does, he would be considered a whistle-
blower and damage his reputation in the company.
Kristin: Kristin has the company's interest in her mind which in turn means that she has her own
interest in her kind and performing well in front of her superiors will allow her to be praised.
Also, slacking workforce would not allow the team's performance to increase and in turn, her
performance would suffer.
Other employees: they have their jobs at stake and also their reputation
3.steven doesn’t shake hands, boss going to thing he is one who threat the company and steven
knows ins and out of the company,alsi if he doesn’t take his boss side Kristin might think that he
was just bluffing just in order to get attention
4.Remember, it was first mentioned that Steven felt that he had learned about survival in an
intensely bureaucratic organization. Thus, circumstances at the company such as promotions and
opportunities to work overtime being given based on personal preferences, not on the quality of
work were not much of a problem to him.
Second, the request by Kristen for Steven to tell her the names of the managers that were been
biased was constraining because his relationship with those Managers would be affected.
5.The steven should respond to his new boss in a technical way shouldnt disclose the secrets of is
colleagues but he should make his reputation infront of his boss so that later he doesnt face any
problems with his job
