1. This Office hereby announces the conduct of the Virtual Teacher nduction
Program on December 7, 9-10, 2020 via Zoom Meetings. Link will be sent through a
separate communication.

2 Objectives for this activity are to promote excellence in teaching, enhance student
achievement, build a supportive environment within school districts and area education
agencies, increase the retention of promising beginning teachers, and promote the
personal and professional well-being of teaching and non-teaching personnel
3. The target participants for this program are the newly-hired teaching and non-
teaching personnel hired on November 2019 up to the present. Please see attached list.

4. Expenses for the conduct of the said activity shall be chargeable against division
HRTD fund subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance to this memorandum is desired.
