The Works performed under this Contract have been inspected by authorized representatives of JIND
and the Works (or specified part of the Works, as indicated above) are hereby declared to be
substantially completed in accordance with the Contract on the above date.

A list of minor items to be completed or corrected is appended hereto. This list may not be exhaustive,
and the failure to include an item on it does not alter the responsibility of SUBCONTRACTOR to complete
all the Works in accordance with the Contract.

SUBCONTRACTOR accepts this Certificate of Completion of the Works and agrees to complete and
correct the items on the appended list within the time indicated.
