Strength
 For cheap raffle ticket, there is a huge probability that a lot of people will take part.
 Increase revenue, especially online donations
 Social channels are increasingly being used as a part of the overall plan
 Doing some innovative campaigns and integrating fundraising ideas across different
channels
 Increasing focus on design, user experience, and content
Weakness
 Difficulty on providing and delivering prizes for the winners of the raffle draw
 Limited sponsors/partners and source of prizes
 Current system cannot be customized to support complex events
 Lack of key skill sets and career paths around social and analytics
 Mobile-friendly design remains sporadic and a lower priority
Opportunities
 Organization-enabled crowdfunding can create significant revenue streams and
engage supporters through social media with minimal impact on resources
 Growing brand/organization awareness
