Job Description

Your contribution to something big 

We have openings in the Junior, Senior and Chief Expert / Director Level. 

Act as a key expert in your field for the entire Bosch community as well as for our internal
and external customers. 

You will become part of a team working on key Bosch innovation projects throughout
Europe. Depending on your level your responsibilities may vary but generally comprise of
the following:
 Execution of hazard and risk assessments of components and systems in areas like
automotive, healthcare, aviation, robotics

 Development and realization of functional and technical security concepts

 Consulting of development teams

 Participation in security assessments

 Close networking and cooperation with science and academic community

 Travel time: approx. 40%


Senior level and Chief Expert Level:

 Lead complex development projects with teams of 3 to 20 people

 Opportunity to take over as the technical lead for a competence cluster

 Team management
Qualifications

 University degree in Informatics, Electronics, Mechatronic or comparable

 Preferably Ph.D. or second degree in a another engineering field

 Strong knowledge in functional safety standards like IEC 61508, ISO 26262, IEC 60601,
DO 178C, EN 50128 or IEC 62061

 Working experience matching target level

 Good programming skills

 Experience in real-time and embedded systems

 Experience in automotive, robotics, aviation, rail and/or healthcare industry is a plus

 A high degree of passion and determination

 Highly analytical and structured working approach

 A creative curiosity, team orientation, enthusiasm, and personal vision

 Fluent in English
