Week 1
TEST AND EVALUATION:
1. F- 22
2. F- fire tetrahedron
3. T
4. F- not
5. T
ASSESSMENT:
1. Fire tetrahedron is the representation of four elements namely the fuel, heat, oxygen and the
last element is the chemical chain reaction. Fire tetrahedron simply explain how flaming
combustion works.
2. The key difference of fire triangle in fire tetrahedron is that the fire triangle is the combination
of three elements that compose of fuel, heat and oxygen while the fire tetrahedron it is
represented by the four elements compose of fuel, heat, oxygen and the element that completed
the fire tetrahedron is the chemical chain reaction.
3. Three Stages of Fire are incipient phase, free burning phase and smoldering phase. In th
incipient phase it is the stage where the fire ignite or just begun. In the free burning phase it is
the stage where the materials or any structures are burning, the fire moves upward on the walls
that leaves a burnt patterns. The smoldering phase it is the final stage wherein the fire has stop
but the smoke and the heat where completely filled the room.
Week 2
TEST AND EVALUATION:
1. A 6. B
2. A 7. D
3. D 8. B
4. B 9. B
5. C 10. B
ASSESSMENT:
1. Sunlight causes fire when the light hits a curved surface and when it is directly to the sun
because as they magnify the sun rays they can cause fire.
2. Pyrolysis works when the fuel is heated in its high temperature and the decomposition takes
place. The temperature increases that may lead to higher molecular vibrations and breakdown
larger complex molecules into smaller and simple molecules and when the decomposition takes
place and radicals undergo combustion.
Fire Protection and Arson Investigation (CDI 106)
Week 3
TEST AND EVALUATION:
1. F- mass
2. T
3. F- fen
4. F- easily
5. T
ASSESSMENT:
1. The nuclear fuel releases heat when the atoms of the uranium undergo fission and nuclear fuel
undergo a chain reaction to produce heat.
2. Poor conductor of heat takes a longer time to ignite than those materials that are good
conductors of heat it is because it has a very low density of gases that makes them a bad
conductors of heat. In liquid and solid atoms and molecules are densely packed and transfer of
energy has much smaller distances to happen. In a gas molecules have scatter off molecules to
exchange energy in larger distances, so the probability of transfer is much smaller.
Fire Protection and Arson Investigation (CDI 106)
Week 4
TEST AND EVALUATION:
1. Soldering Iron, Electric Lamp, Cigarette Butt, Hot Slag and Glowing Ember
ASSESSMENT:
2. B- because the heat transfer through cold air entering the room and the hot air leaving the
room by rising up that causes fire.
3. A- because the heat transfer from a hot metal to the skin that causes to burn.
4. A- because it occurs when the two objects at different temperature are in contact with each
other. The heat flows from the warmer to the cooler object.
5. B- because heat moves to the ice from the air that result in the melting of ice cube on the tap
of a table.
Fire Protection and Arson Investigation (CDI 106)
Week 5
TEST AND EVALUATION:
1. T
2. T
3. T
4. T
5. T
ASSESSMENT:
2. Combustion is considered an exothermic reaction rather than an endothermic one because the
heat is produced and is easily distinguished. Combustion occurs in auto-mobiles, home and also
in factories. Combustion is a substances in a compound are combined with oxygen which then
produces carbon dioxide and water so therefore combustion is exothermic.
Fire Protection and Arson Investigation (CDI 106)
Week 6
TEST AND EVALUATION:
1. Section 3 of the R.A. NO. 9514, Section 7 of the R.A. NO. 9514, Section 8 of the R.A. NO.
9514
3. Cellulose nitrate plastic of any kind, Combustible fibers, Flammable and combustible liquids
or gases of any classification, Fireworks materials of any kind or form
ASSESSMENT:
2. It is dangerous to obstruct or block a fire exist because if there's a fire case inside and you
obstruct the fire exist and there's possibility that the people inside that establishment can't go
out, trapped or will die inside.

TEST AND EVALUATION:
1. C
2. B
3. A
4. B
5. A
ASSESSMENT:
1. The kind of nationalism thay best describes our overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) is the
Diaspora Nationalism because even they are too far from their family, they are still connected.
They still share their common goods, history and identity.

Week 2
TEST AND EVALUATION:
1. D
2. C
3. A
4. C
5. B
ASSESSMENT:
1. The type of patriotism I would like to draw as an inspiration is the Deflated Patriotism because
it teaches us how to be grateful in the country where you belong and knowing your obligations in
your country. I picked deflated patriotism because it teaches us how to be loyal in our country
and return what you have received for. We need to be educated inorder to perform our role to our
country.
2. For me, the element that is important is the intellectual/rational because you can think
immediately of what will be your next thing to do and you can understand, plan well and give
some concerned to what others want to say. Also, you can able to differentiate what is wrong and
what is right.

Week 3
TEST AND EVALUATION:
1. The opening of the Philippines to the international or world trade, The Rise of the Clase
Media, The Secularization Controversy, The Influx of Liberal Idead from Europe, The Opening
of the Suez Canal, The Martyrdom of GomBurZa
2. The Desire to Regain Our Lost Freedom, The Spanish Abuses/Oppression, Agrarian
Complaints or the Loss of the Filipino Lands, The Religious Intolerance of the Spanish
Authorities
ASSESSMENT:
1. The factor that I think has the strongest contribution to the birth of Filipino Nationalism is the
opening of the Philippines to the international or world trade because of the opening of ports in
the Philippines the economic has been increase and there is a big impact on it. Many businesses
and establishment opened and the owner of that is tha Filipinos. And because of that there's a lot
of opportunities where given to the Filipinos that time.
CHARACTER FORMATION 1- NATIONALISM AND PATRIOTISM
CFLM 101
ASSESSMENT:
2. La Solidaridad and La Liga Filipina wanted reform and not total expulsion of the Spaniards
overlords because they wanted only to have fair in treating justice with the Spaniards. They also
know their capacity when it comes with the Spaniards. They wanted only peace and have role in
that time.

ASSESSMENT:
1. In pre-colonial Philippines, both men and women enjoyed the same rights and privileges
because we are all the same people that needs to treat the same rights and privileges. We need to
have an equal sharing of everything so that we can enjoyed our rights.
2. The aspect of pre-colonial culture for me that is interesting is the textile and accessories
because through this culture we can wave the different designs came from different places here
in Philippines. We can adore and proud of it because the design represents the different ethnic
societies.
