This reservation agreement is between Grains Mart Corporation and Michelle M. Nacu. Michelle is reserving one Grainsmart franchise unit or payment center unit from Grains Mart. Michelle pays a 5,000 PHP non-refundable slot reservation fee to reserve her place and secure territorial rights. Upon signing a letter of intent and full payment, Michelle will receive the franchise package and territorial rights from Grains Mart.

RESERVATION AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made this (date)January 20, 2021 by and between the following parties:

GRAINS MART CORPORATION, a private and business establishment duly organized and existing under the
Philippine Laws, with business address at 394 Banawe St. Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon
City, herein after referred to as the “PRINCIPAL”
- AND -
(Name)Michelle M. Nacu of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at (address) #053 JC
Payumo Jr Dinalupihan Bataan ___________, hereinafter referred to as the “PARTNER”.

WHEREAS, the PARTNER voluntarily agrees as follows:

WHEREIN, wherein the PARTNER secures

_____ UNIT of GRAINSMART FRANCHISE from the PRINCIPAL.


_____ UNIT of PAYMENT CENTER from the PRINCIPAL.

SLOT RESERVATION – WHEREIN the PARTNER provides a SLOT RESERVATION PAYMENT of (amount in
words)__________________________________________________________ (Php5,000.00) on
(date)____________________ to avail one of the promos or limited slots of Franchise license provided by
the PRINCIPAL. That the Slot Reservation is “refundable” (subject to 10% deduction as Processing Fee) to the
PARTNER within sixty (60) banking days from the date of the provision of Letter of Intent should the
PARTNER intends to divert his/her interest to other business.

WHEREIN, the PARTNER agrees to make full payment on(date)_____________________ with the amount of

fully secure the territorial rights - thus, not granting any franchise license to other clients within the
nominated address above by the PARTNER. Upon full payment, the PRINCIPAL shall provide the FRANCHISE

ARA/FRANCHISE AGREEMENT).
