 This course introduces the basic concepts of network and circuit analysis which is the
foundation of the Electrical Engineering discipline.
 The emphasis of this course if laid on the basic analysis of circuits which includes network
analysis, 1-phase ac circuits, magnetic circuits. .
 Apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering to the analysis and design of
electrical circuits.
 Apply circuit theorems to simplify and solve complex DC and AC electric networks.
