- I choose to do a cardio 20 minutes circuit.

2. Why did you choose it?


- I want to burn some calories, and I don’t have that much space. So I think It is
the easiest circuit I could do in my room.

- I enjoyed it. I don’t usually exercise at home, so this is a good chance for me
to get some exercise when I can’t go outside to play other sports.

- I enjoyed the 15-17 minutes. Then after that, I started to feel a little bored and
wanted to do something else.

- I will do a lower body workout next.
