MINUTES ON 2nd SCHOOL-BASED LEARNING ACTION CELL (SLAC)

Proceedings:
1. Meeting called to order at 11 :00 am by the officer-in-charge, Mr. Sandy A. Saldivar.
2. Prayer was preceded by the ESP Teacher, Mr. Mark Anthony Dato.
3. Sir Sandy congratulated everyone on the success of the participation of the La Purisima
lligh School on the celebration of the 200 years Pili Town fiesta and from that little by
little the school is having a development.
4. The first agendum is about the e-SAT where Sir Sandy explain every part of the said
subject and also quoted that there is always a room for improvement, so when it comes
in rating thy self we should always set space for a new learning. He also give emphasis
that the submission of e-SAT will be on Monday, October 28, 2019.
5. The second agendum is about the Action Plan wherein everyone is reminded to do and
submit it for the preparation of the presentation on MANCOM due on February 20 19.
Every teacher is designated to their respective subject and is reminded to put
attachments on every activity that is already done.
6. The third agendum is about the Classroom Observation Tools (COT) of the permanents
wherein Sir Sandy addressed that they don' t really have to integrate ICT due to lack of
facilities but if they can it would be better for the sake of the students. He also
announce the submission of the l and 2nd COT will be next week and so as with the

consolidated reports of the fonns/papers for the I•1 and 21><1 Quarter.
7. The fourth agendum was reported by the Engl ish Teacher, Mrs. Roma Angelica Prila
which is the 4B' s known as Brigada Basa Bawat Bata. She said that 8 students really
can ' t catch up and there are lots of students who are still in the frustration level. So she
suggested to separate those who cannot read from those who can and utilize the reading
area, so that the students won ' t be having a hard time in dealing with the lessons and
for them to give the ki nd of assessment they need. Ma' am Roma also insert her
