Dear Teachers and PTA Officers:

Please convene at the Science Lab this morning at 9:00 AM for our meeting. Please bring with you your
conference notebook. Mam Jennine Lizzette Bayron is requested to be our Secretary and to prepare minutes of our
meeting. Likewise, Mam Kimberly Moquete and Mam Monalisa Lumahan are requested to clean and prepare the
venue.
The following are the agendas to be discussed; to wit:
1. PTA Status and Financial Report
2. PTA Projects
3. Reorganization of Homeroom PTA Officers and General PTA Officers
4. Updates of Distribution and Retrieval of Modules
5. Adoption of Skeletal Work force as part of AWA (Alternative Work Arrangement)
6. Status of preparation for School Separation from Mother School.
7. Other Related Matters
