Trainer Profile

David Meow is the Managing Director of Via Commerce Sdn. Bhd. The company,
incorporated in 2002 by a group of professionals from various backgrounds in
investment and finance. Via Commerce is involved in training and consultancy in
areas including securities valuation, investment management, corporate finance
and financial risk management.

Having started his career in the banking industry in 1989, David has more than 27
years of experience in areas related to financial analysis, investment management,
treasury (financial risk management) and financial reporting functions. He
performs independent valuation for corporations as well as financial instruments.

In relation to financial modelling, he has been conferred the Financial Modeling and
Valuation Analyst designation by the Corporate Finance Institute, obtained a
Specilization Certificate in Excel Skills for Business from Macquarie University
(Sydney, Australia), Certificate in Analytics Edge offered by MITx (an initiative of
The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)), and a Certificate in Data
Analysis offered by DelftX, an initiative of Delft University of Technology, through
Mr. David Meow edX.
