- TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK IN HR?

- I am Krissel Ann Mallari, a Bachelor of Science in psychology graduate from


Our lady of Fatima univ, SFp. Since the last few years, I am deeply involved
with my communicative work with various clients. I am a person that
survives in a fast-paced environment. It would be a pleasure for me to
discuss how I can be such an asset to your company. If given the chance, I
would like to apply my skills to properly assess people especially the
company’s future applicants or employees and to make sure the school
gets the most trustworthy and hardworking people aboard.

- “Why do you want to work for this company”

 Well, I would be proud to serve my Alma Mater where I studied my


precious years learning from. Aside from that, I carried out web research
and believe that your company/school have such a long history of
quality education and employment which are very impressive and
promising. It’s a place where I would take pride to work with. A place
where my skills or background fits perfectly and can be utilized,
respectively. I was also delighted to see on your website that your
featured employees are talking about how great it is to work for your
company.

- What would you consider your greatest strengths & weakness?


- My greatest asset is my ability to remain focused in anticipation of a
deadline on my work and finish projects.
- Being a good listener, since I don't have to be told anything twice, I am
extremely successful at completing tasks efficiently.
- I'm not distracted easily, and this means that my performance is very
powerful.
- This ability will come in handy because, under constant deadline pressure, I
know this is a very busy office.
- Also, one of my greatest asset is my ability towards listening. I pay close
attention to what is being said to me, including detailed information on
current projects, details of potential projects, and even what my colleagues
have done over the weekend. My focus will help me to successfully meet
these deadlines.
- WEAKNESS: As far as weakness is concerned, I have a tendency to remain
quiet in meetings, but I am working on speaking up when I feel I have ideas
to share…

- WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?

 I'm inspired by several things. My goal is to be the best I can be, which
also motivates me to go beyond my own desires. It motivates me to
continue when I see myself being effective every day.

- “Do you consider yourself successful?”


* To me, success is acknowledging my performance and feeling satisfied about it.
I try to accomplish the tasks I have set and work hard as much as I can. I'm trying
to fulfill those objectives and achieve the desired result.
I want to recognize myself as someone who does her best and gives 100 percent
to achieve goals with a progressive mindset. To me, success is not just my
personal accomplishments, but also the contributions of the people around me.
With continuous progress, I feel successful. When I am able to introduce new
ideas and see their results, I find it exciting.

- Are you willing to travel?


- Yes. I love traveling. Adjusting to new places and meeting new people
would be a delightful experience for me.

- What are your salary expectations?


As of now, I haven’t thought much about it. I’m more focused on learning the
requirements for this position that I am applying for.
