BARANGAY APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2018-02

AN ORDINANCE REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF PHP 150,000.00 INTENDED FOR MULTI-


PURPOSE PAVEMENT TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI- PUR POSE BUILDING OF
QUIMALABASA NORTE, SAN AGUSTIN, ISABELA.

Be Enacted by Sangguniang Barangay in Session today that;

SECTION 1. This ordinance shall be known as AN ORDINANCE REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF


PHP 150,000.00 INTENDED FOR MULTI-PURPOSE PAVEMENT TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF
MULTI PURPOSE BUILDING OF QUIMALABASA NORTE, SAN AGUSTIN, ISABELA.

SECTION 2. (BASIS) That a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was made between the
Provincial Government of Isabela and the Barangay Quimalabasa Norte, San Agustin, Isabela
that the amount is for Multi-purpose pavement but there is no available lot donee

SECTION 3. The amount of PHP 150,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the Multi-purpose
Building of Quimalabasa Norte, San Agustin, Isabela.

SECTION 4. Effectivity clause this Ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

ENACTED this 19th day of July 2018.
