A. Reviewing of Previous/ Presenting New Lessons

The teacher will ask the learners to recall the body shapes that have been discussed yesterday.

B. Establishing the Purpose of the Lessons

The teacher will group the class into four. The activity will be called "pass the
movement" Each group will have a leader. Leaders will be given one body shape. Every group
will form a line. Whatever body shape they will pick, they have to pass it to the next person
who's in line. The members will copy what the leader did up to the last person in the group. The
group who will finish it first, will be the winner.
C. Presenting Examples/Instances of the Lessons

Show basic examples of stretching (related to the four basic body shapes)
