Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR).

2. To appear as our duly authorized representative in said process and to


claim, for and in our behalf, said authenticated documents upon
release.

3. To sign for and verify as well as to authenticate any documents or


papers in relation to said apostille, for and in our behalf.

4. To act as our representative in said apostille authentication or in any


act in connection with and/or incidental to the same.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform any and all acts and things reasonable and necessary as
may be proper to carry out the foregoing authority and fully to all intents and purposes
as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done for
and in our behalf and by virtue of these presents.
