Project name:
Blind Email System

Introduction:
Our application is a web based application that will help
the visually challenged i.e the blind people. This
application will help the blind to communicate with others
to send, receive messages through the Email accounts.

Actors:
In our system, there are two actors
 User (Blind person)
 System

Working:
Our system will work in such a way that:
 The user i.e visually challenged can’t see or operate
the commands on the screen. He or she can just
speak up through a voice system and the system after
hearing, the user voice will perform the required
functionalities.
 The user can login his mail through the voice
command by telling his name, password or (we are
working on image processing if it suitable we
take that) and the system will than login him in his
email account.
 If the user has a new message in his inbox, the
system will speak up to the user alerting him that a
new message is in his inbox.
 When the user wants to send message, he will give a
voice command that will do his asked action either to
send a message, logout him from the account.

Exception:
As the user is blind he can’t see the keys of keyboard
or options on the screen, he can’t even click on the
accurate option instead he or she can click anywhere
on the screen (With mouse or space buttons) and
the system will understand what the user wants to do
at that particular time.
 The system will speak up the commands and the user
will hear them and select his desired option by
speaking up.
