shall not be responsible for damages of any nature. All insurance to be covered by the owner, shipper or agent of goods.
• Cargo remaining on the port after expiration of free time period is subject to demurrage charges as per tariff accepted by Ocean Carrier.
• Terminal Operator not responsible for personal effects or any equipment other than original manufactures equipment in/on the vehicle
• ANY NON-RUNNING UNITS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO AN EXTRA COST AND NEITHER THE TERMINAL OPERATOR NOR THE CARRIER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
