ACTIVITY:
The program started with the National Anthem, followed by the prayer led by Mr. Allen P. Valdez. Our dear principal
Jennifer Q. Cunanan EdD gave us the opening remarks then the statement of purpose and session rules was led
by Ms. Nonnaann L. Gutierrez. For the roll call the Head Teacher of the Science Department in High School Ms. Lea
M. Basco which is very creative that we have to give another mening of the R B I. The intermediate spelled out as
Ready Balita Ilunsad. After the creative roll the session started, the first speaker was Mr. Ismael Delos Reyes and
discussd about the technicalities in RBI and also the background music that we can used. Then Mr. Allen Valdez
discussed the content and procedure in RBI. Lastly and definitely not the least MS. Diana Tomas discussed the
Principles in Writing for radio that is for ou morning session. For the afternoon session we had a writeshop that we
have to write our script then we have to present it. It may case we decided that we will have a pair with the
my co-subject teachers from diferent level so, I am pair up with the grade 6 teacher Ms. Neriza Beth Venzon.

INSIGHT:
The Radio-Based Instruction (RBI) Program is an alternative learning delivery mode using radio broadcast to deliver
the programs. As a form of distance learning, it is able to expand access to education by bringing it to where the
learners are. It aims to provide learning opportunities to listeners and enable them to acquire equivalency in basic
education through the broadcast of lessons. Like the DepEd TV the RBI is no interaction with students and teacher.
For me RBI is not easy, you have write a script, you have to choose the right background music and also you have
to compressed the le 1 week lesson into 30 minutes on air. It is challenging but exciting experience for us teachers
because somehow we can be a broadcaster.

ACTIVITY:
The program started with the National Anthem, followed by the prayer thru Audio Visual Presentation. For the
Opening remarks led by Ms. Michelle Dizon, Head Teacher of the Math Department then the statement of purpose
and session rules was led by Ms. Nonnaann L. Gutierrez. For the roll call the an energizer, which they have to dance
the tiktok craze and shout out there level. After the creative roll the session started, Ms. Lorena Dalida introduced
the speaker which is Mr. Armand Sese. The speaker discussed how to manage the stress that we are going through
as teachers and as human being. He also gave some points that we have to be aware the negative effects of being
stress.
INSIGHT:
Stress is something that everyone will have to deal with in their lifetime and, for the most part, is not avoidable
particularly in this time of pandemic. Stress can hit each everyone of us. But we have also different approaches in
dealing with the stress; some go on a travel, eat their favourite food and some of them they just sleep and relax.
When people are indulge to much stress they will something serious will happened. Being healthy is not just only
that you are physically fit. You have to be mentally fit also. Self care is not selfish. If you feel stress breath and do
something that can distress you, you can have an outlet to distress yourself.

ACTIVITY:
Third day, the activity started with the National Anthem and prayer thru Audio Visual Presentation. Followed by
The opening remarks by Mr. Ronaldo Gomez Head Teacher in Filipino Deparment. Then the Statement of purpose
and session rules was led by Ms. Nonnann L. Gutierrez, for the roll call Ms Lea Basco tasked us to somewhat make
a cheer and shout that we are all innovators. For the introduction of speaker Mr. Paulo Lozano indtroduce
Mr. John S. Eviota which he discussed the innovations and intervention on K-12 curriculum application target.
For the afternoon session we had a writeshop which we have to accomplished the pre-lesson debriefing and
Planning and we have to present after. For the closing remarks Julie Lavaria gave as to be bought home that
Isang DALIS walang maiiwan through this activity we learned a lot.
INSIGHT:
As a teacher we have to be creative and flexible, we have to be also a problem seeker that we have to find a solution
It means that we in every problem that we see in our teaching we have to find and innovate solution for our
Students for them to use in their studies. Lesson study will help the students and teachers in making innovations
This may also widen our understanding on the altered strategies that can be helpful in crafting our lessons
