ACTIVITY:
For the Day 1 of the In – Service Training (School Level) the Grade 1 Teachers facilitated the
program.The Program started with National Anthem, followed by the prayer and gave an
inspirational message by the principal Jennifer Q. Cunanan. Our Head Teacher, Maam Michelle
Dizon was tasked to discussed the statement of purpose and our Master Teacher Maam Nonnaann
L. Guttierez was tasked to introduced the speaker for that day. The speaker was Mr. Ismael S.
Delos Reyes the ICT coorditor of the DALIS High School Department. It was discussed about the
importances of Technologies in the New Normal.
Mr. Ismael taught us on how to enhance our video lesson by using the Filmora application. The
application helps how to edit the videos and used a green screen so that we can include ourselves
in the video lessons that we are producing. It was also discussed the benefits of the Video Lessons
to the Learners and Teachers also How can we able to produce and make our very own video
in our first day of INSET.
INSIGHT:
The introduction of Filmora Application, we are able to edit the clips and videos that we are
creating that can helps in the new normal set up. At first the application is difficult to used and
Somehow challenging specially the used of green screens that allow the teacher can be inserted in
the video. As a teacher it is must that we have to learn more application that can help us to teach
The students in a way that the lesson wil l be delivered to the learners to the easiest way can be.

ACTIVITY:
For the Day 2, the Grade 2 Teachers were the facilitator. It started with the prayer
led by Maam May V. Gomez, followed by the community song, roll call and food
for thought to be founder. The Speakers for Day 2 were Ms. Neriza Beth Q. Venzon
and Mrs. Maricel P. Dizon who discussed about the importance and Issues,
Challenges and Concerns in Reading both English and Filipino. It was discussed
that how can we determined and helps the learners in continuing the reading
process for the challenging school year. Mr. Jeremaih P. Mallari and discussed the
Practical Principles for teaching Mathematics.
INSIGHT:
We gained more strategizes and techniques to overcome the challenges
In numeracy also in English and Filipino, We also understand the learners
And teachers especially the parents in the manner of Education System.

ACTIVITY:
The program was facilitated by Grade 3 Teachers. It started with a
Prayer led by Ms. Carolyn T. Palmero, followed by Community song and roll call.
a creative recap by Ms. Dyana Rose G. Sison thru quizziz game. Food for thought
led by Ms. Pricilla Kate. Olalia. Introduction of the speaker/s was given by
Maricel I. Ignacio.
The first speaker was Mr. Angelito S. Cabrera, our EPS in Mathematics. He gave
or shared his ideas about the problems, challenges and concerns in education this
New Normal Set Up. The second speaker was Ms. Nonnaann L. Gutierrez,
she talked about Assessment DepEd order 31 s.2020 and the last speaker was
Ms. Michelle D. Dizon taught us on how to make our Table of Specification.
INSIGHT:
The Teaching and Learning Process has a new norms in this New Normal that
We need to adapt and adjust but we need also to considered the equal approach
To discover their strength and weakness, It is very difficult, now to identify the
Learners performances, we need to have proper orientation to the parents and
Learners and guidelines with them, we need to work hand in hand to achieved the
New Normal Set up. They also recalled the previous methods and approach
And combined with the new strategies and techniques.

ACTIVITY:
We started the usual routines , the opening prayer and roll call of the per cluster. The
webinar is focusing on the Upskilling of Educators in Araling Panlipunan. Before the
webinar started Maam Alma Pineda handed us already a questions that we have to
answer and share and present it increative way. We call it MASAR-AP na HALO-HALO
sa Araling Panlipunan. So technically it is really in deed a mixed up experiences that
we have shared by the different AP Leaders of different school and cluster. We shared
our unforgettable experiences in the new normal set up for the school year. For the
first day the elementary AP Leaders are the on who presented the MASARA-AP na
HALO-HALO.
INSIGHT:
As a teacher we are facing problems because of the pandemic. We have to be flexible so
that we can cope all the challenges that we may encounter. In attending the webinar I
have listened to my co – AP Leaders that we share on the same experiences in facing
this pandemic. I have realized that I am not the only one who are having a problem or
having difficulties in coping up. As a teacher we have to be more patient in entertaining
our parents and also we have to find more solutions so that our learners will not be
left in learnings.
