Zung Self Rating Depression Scale

The Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale is a 20-item questionnaire that assesses symptoms of depression. Respondents rate how often they have experienced each symptom in the past several days on a scale of 1 to 4. The scores are added up and compared to a scale to determine if the individual is within the normal range, mildly depressed, moderately depressed, or severely depressed.
