How to use this book

Hi,

My name is Ken Primola. I am a best-selling BJJ

author (within “Martial Arts” on Amazon) and currently a
world-class black belt competitor who has been training
for the past 18 years. I am currently a student under Caio
Terra in San Jose, CA. This book is based on my
experiences as a student, teacher, and competitor.

Many of these techniques are highly-evolved and

efficient. They were comprised within the framework of
up to the minute research and testing. So please be careful
and thorough within your study. You don't have to get
everything perfect, you just have to do them to the best of
your ability with patience and practice.

The book is consists of techniques in order to take

the back in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
I suggest using this book by utilizing the 7 Step BJJ
Success Formula:

1. Read this book completely.

2. Take out one section you want to work on and drill it

3. Test it out on lower level practitioners

4. Go back and reread to find out what did not work

and why

5. Try it again on lower level practitioners

6. Then go back and reread again

7. Then try on higher skilled opponents

If you must then repeat the 7 steps once again according

to your needs.
