1. This Admit Card is not transferable.


2. In case of any mismatch in the scanned photograph/signature, the candidate must intimate to the Dean's Office, ISI,
contact no. (033) 25752500/2502 or send an email to [email protected]

3. Please check the correctness of the test code(s) as you will be allowed to appear only for the test(s) mentioned in the
admit card. If you take any other test, your candidature will be cancelled.

4. Loss of this Card must be reported immediately to the local Police Station and also to the Dean's Office. In such a
situation, the Candidate is advised to proceed directly to the Test Venue on the day of the Admission Test, and meet the
Centre Supervisor, with the General Diary received from the Police Station, one valid photo identity card together with a
copy to prove his/her identity.
5. Please bring black point pen for filling/writing OMR Answer Sheet in the Examination.
