A. MARKET PROFILE – (Explain here your target market. Why are they your target
market? How do you plan to reach your target market?)
B. DEMAND ANALYSIS – (whats your projected consumption in the first 6 months of the
operation, then 2 years? And then 5 years operation? Who do you think are the major
consumers/buyers of your product and their location?)
C. SUPPLY ANALYSIS – (Who are your suppliers? Where are your products made from
and where will you buy the raw materials for your business? How much is the cost of your raw
material?)
D. COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS –
1. SELLING PRICE (How much will you sell the product? What are your
bases for selling the product? Do you think it is reasonable?)
2. COMPETITIONS – Who are the competitors of your product and your
business, what set apart your product from them?)
3. CHANNEL OF PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION – (How are you going to
promote your product?
4. GENERAL COMPETITIVE PRACTICE – (How does your
competitors sell their products? What are their practice or strategies?)

will offer to the market. Elaborate important details about the product/service. What make it
standout from its competition? Its benefits and advantages)
B. EQUIPMENT/MATERIALS TO BE USED – (What are the materials you’ll be using
for the product or service that you will be offering your target market? Include the
corresponding price)
C. LOCATION OF PRODUCTION – Where will you create the product/service? Why have
you chosen that location to create the product or service?)
D. PRODUCTION PROCESS – (How does your service/product works? How is it made?
Who will make it?
E. PRODUCTION COST – How much is the total cost of the product? Include the price
breakdown and man labor)
