Hiragana 平仮名: あ - A か - Ka さ - Sa た - Ta な - Na は - Ha ま - Ma や - Ya ら - Ra わ - Wa ん - N

Hiragana is the main syllabary used to write native Japanese words. It consists of 46 basic characters called kana that each represent a syllable. Dakuten and handakuten are diacritic marks that modify the pronunciation of certain kana by voicing the consonant. The document provides examples of kana with and without these diacritic marks and recommends practicing writing kana and example words to aid memorization.

Dakuten ( ゙ ) and Handakuten ( ゚ )
are marks placed after certain

marks indicate that the consonant of
the syllable should be voiced.
For example:

は - HA ば - BA ぱ - PA

ふ - HU/ FU ぶ - BU ぷ - PU

へ - HE べ - BE ぺ - PE

Dakuten and Handakuten does not

work for every Hiragana letter
though! (only fully works for HA, HI,
HU/ FU, HE, and HO)
For example:

た - TA
だ - DA
No Handakuten ( ゚ )

そ - SO
ぞ - ZO
No Handakuten ( ゚ )

Practise

I recommend writing down both the Hiragana, and these practise words
down on a piece of paper and reviewing them everyday because it can
really help memorizing! Check out this dictionary!: Jisho.org: Japanese

Particles come at the end of a word (maybe "after" rather than "at", but they
are attached to the end). So the は particle became pronounced as "wa"
instead of "ha".
つなみ
