1 Conduct preliminary survey for the proposed line, prepare
route alignment for three alternate routes Per Km

Conduct detailed survey of the approved route, prepare
tower profile plotting, tower schedule and land schedule for
the approved route. Per Km
3 Soil investigation per location of transmission line as per
specification.
i) Normal foundation(boring up to 3.0m, 5.0m, 7.0m depth) Per Loc.
ii) under ream plie foundation( boring to 15.0m depth) Per Loc.
Iii) river bed pile foundation( boring to 30.0m depth) Per Loc.
4 Preliminary design of the line foundation ot determine the
detailed Bill of Quantity(BOQ) for the line
i) 132kV SC / DC line Per Km
ii) 220kV SC / DC line Per Km
Iii) 400kV SC / DC line Per Km
5 Preparation of the cost estimate of the Transmission line
project. Per EHT line

ANNEXURE - II. SUBSTATION

Contour route survey of the substation land, propose the
finished level of substation, determine cutting and filling
required for land development.
2 Soil investigation Per location
i) Normal foundation(boring up to 3.0m, 5.0m, 7.0m depth) Per Loc.
ii) under ream plie foundation( boring to 15.0m depth) Per Loc.
Iii) river bed pile foundation( boring to 30.0m depth) Per Loc.

Finalise provision to be made in the substation in
consultation with OPTCL, Preparation of Single line diagram,
Layout plan, elevation, preliminary design of the substation
to determine the Bill of Quantity(BOQ) for the substation. Per Substation
4 Preparation of the cost estimate of the substation project. Per Substation
