(1) TUESDAY: Follow PROTEIN/FAT DIET -Last weight and cardio

(2) WEDNESDAY: PROTEIN/FAT (DIET #1) + 1 tablespoon of Mac Oil (with each meal)

(3) THURSDAY:
a. FOLLOW DIET #1 (Protein/Fat) + 45g Carbs (from white rice) ……Eliminate all
shakes (substitute one of the food meals).
b. Cut out all ADDED sodium..........
c. STOP DRINKING at 11 pm
d. Take fiber 3x today.
e. Take ½ Dyazide at 7pm
f. Take ½ Dyazide at 11pm

(4) FRIDAY: 
a. Take 1/2 Dyazide at 4am.  
b. Take ½ Dyazide at 12noon
c.  Eat 4 whole eggs and 35g Rice with 1 cup coffee (small cup)-- this will be your
ONLY fluid before prejudging;
d. 2.5 hours later, Eat 4 whole eggs with 45g Rice (no liquid)
e. 2.5 hours later, eat 4oz chicken + 35g carbs (white rice), 1 tablespoon PB.
f. 1 tablespoon of All natural peanut butter with 1 rice cake every 30-40
min...starting 1 hour after last egg meal (until 20 min prior to going onstage).

g. After prejudging, eat a cheeseburger and fries (no bun) Drink Freely
h. 2.5 hours later, eat 4oz chicken 35g carbs, 1 tablespoon PB
i. Take ½ Dyazide before bed.

(5) SATURDAY
a.  Eat 4 whole eggs and 45g Rice with 1 cup coffee (small cup)-- this will be your
ONLY fluid before nightshow;
b. 2.5 hours later, Eat 4 whole eggs with 35g Rice (no liquid)
c. Take 1/2 Dyazide at 10am  
d. 2.5 hours later, eat 4oz chicken 35g carbs, 1 tablespoon PB.
e. 2.5 hours later, eat 4oz chicken 35g carbs, 1 tablespoon PB.
f. 1 tablespoon of All natural peanut butter with 1 rice cake every 30-40
min...starting 1 hour after last egg meal (until 20 min prior to going onstage).

 
DIET #1

MEAL #1
5 whole eggs (make sure to buy OMEGA-3 EGGS from the supermarket. They contain
virtually NO saturated fat and tons of good OMEGA-3 fats).
MEAL #2
SHAKE: 45g Whey Protein with 1 ½ tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)
 
MEAL #3
6oz chicken with 1/3-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)

MEAL #4
SHAKE: 45g Whey Protein with 1 ½ tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar
added)
 
MEAL #5
6oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red
peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar
 
MEAL #6
SHAKE: 50g Whey with 1 ½ tablespoon all natural peanut butter or 4 whole (Omega-3)
eggs and 4 extra whites
 
*****MEAL ORDER IS UNIMPORTANT. ALL MEALS ARE EQUAL.

SHAKE: 45g Whey Protein with water
MEAL #3
6oz chicken with 1 cup of asparagus or green beans

6oz Lean White Fish (Tilapia, Cod, flounder) with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or
red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of vinegar or 1 cup Asparagus

16 egg white
