to guide the students in achieving their goals in life.

Teaching can be called a vocation when you do it not only for yourself but for
the students, and also by touching the hearts and minds of the students so that

Being a teacher is not an easy job, but they say if you do it right and with all

reward for this job is not money, rather what I have impart to the students in
fulfilling their dreams.

findings to your peer.
1. Situation 1
Mr. Manalo divided his Araling Panlipunan class according to the abilities and
interests of his students. At the end of the lesson, the groups had the following
outputs: The first group composed a song, the second had a skit, and the third
had an artwork.
Mr. Manalo knew about the different learning abilities of the students, so that he put
the students to the group that they can understand well the activity and be able to
explain in front of the class.
2. Situation 2

observed that Miss Bravo was reading from the textbook and her notes while
explaining the lesson on ecosystem.
What could have been done by Miss Bravo to improve her teaching performance?
She needs to study the lesson well before she can teach it to the students, and she
must find time to read various examples so that the students can understand the
lesson better.
Post-Test
For me, teaching is more of a vocation, being a teacher is not all about meeting students,
check their attendance, teach them a lesson but it's also about guiding them,
understand and love them as a sibling or as own child. As teachers, we work not only
for the money but also for the happiness we give to ourselves when we see our students
learn good values and understand the importance of education.
