I. ORGANIZATION
1.1 The working committees have clearly defined functions and responsibilities and clearly
identified lines of coordination.

2.1 Timely and appropriate information is disseminated to promote the activity to encourage
maximum participation.
2.2 The rehearsals are well organized, scheduled and followed accordingly.
