If you have seen movies about pandemics like influenza,
zombies, ... and never thought it would happen, in 2020, a pandemic called Corona virus (Covid 19) has officially appeared. It left millions of people dead before a vaccine or treatment could be found. Therefore, governments and WHO have called for implementing measures to isolate people and limit people to go out of the house. However, the isolation has led to several psychological illnesses after a long period of inactivity from home and contact with other people. Autism, depression, ... are the most common diseases when you are isolated. It can also be an addiction to games or movies when we try to find something that makes us comfortable, but accidentally become addicted and dependent on it. Psychological disorders are also quite common after being locked up in the house for a while and being too stressed by a narrow space. On the other hand, we can still reduce it with some measures that we can apply even indoors. If you want to meet your friends, the social networking apps are always with you and help you communicate with people like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Facebook, ... Playing online games (I mean not overdoing it) to have fun with friends and family is definitely a fun way to have fun. There are many other ways that you can try through smartphones, computers, ... that can help reduce mental illness. Let's overcome a pandemic together without “accidentally” getting any mental illness!
