Statement of the Problem


This study aims to determine the Work Values of Police Officer in the
Municipal of Police Station of Calaca, Batangas.
Specifically, it sought answers to the following questions:
1.What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:
1.1. age;
1.2. sex;
1.3. civil status;
1.4. nature of work;
1.5. number of years as employee; and
1.6. occupational position?
2.How do the respondents perceive their work values with regards to”
2.1. terminal values in terms of:
2.1.1. Self-growth
2.1.2. Self-realization
2.1.3. Self-esteem
2.2. instrumental values in terms of:
2.2.1. Social interaction consideration
2.2.2. Security and economic consideration
2.2.3. Stability and freedom from anxiety consideration
2.2.4. Recreation, health and transport consideration
3.Is there a significant difference in work values when respondents are grouped
according to profile?
