HISTORY
DML Business Solutions Co. started with a
trade name DML Accounting Services. The company
was spearheaded by Mr. Deomel M. Lucban with
Ms. Angelie A. Gubot as his Administrative Officer,
located at Cogeo, Antipolo City. Mr. Deomel M.
Lucban started from an employee to a business
owner. He started from a humble beginning as a
customer service staff at Cherry Foodarama, Courier
in PHL Post Office and from liaison officer/rider to

admin officer in an accounting firm which sharpen his skills in such field for four years. In 2010, he grabbed
the opportunity to be part of the company of his mentor Mr. Mike Mantal. Equipped with the tenacity and
expertise, he established his own company – an accounting service provider on 2015. DML Accounting
Services had its first branch in Quezon City under the trade name of AEGLE RRAD Business Solution which
endeavors to help the emerging entrepreneurs to rise up in the world of business as the company
delivered services with astounding customer service and servility to adept the clients’ needs. From 2
people as manpower force of the business grows into staggering 13 persons separated in to 4 branches as
of this date: The Cogeo, Pampanga, Pasig and Commonwealth branches. As budding business solution
provider, it expanded its line of services from Business Registration, Tax Filing, Printing of Receipt, and
Bookkeeping to Payroll processing, Human Resource Outsourcing, and P.C.A.B. Registration. The C.A.R.E.S.
values keeps them running are: Customer Oriented, Archetype, Responsible, Expert and Servility serves as
the inspirations and commitment for the company and the people behind its success. As of this day, the
continuous advancement made in the competitive race of business solution service provider industry has
enabled the company to carve its name among the throngs of the business solutions providers in the
Philippines.
