Interpretation:

From the above graph it's clear that maximum of the consumers are a
part of SBI bank from final one 12 months i.E. 37%; 29% of the
consumers are part of SBI bank from last greater than 2 years; 20%
buyers from 6 months and ultimate 14% customers dents are part of SBI
bank for last two years.

2. What are reasons that attract you to be a customer of the SBIbank?

Interpretation:

From the above graph it is clear that maximum of the customer i.e. 45% are become part of
SBI Bank because of its good services; 25% because of its good image; 25% because of its
extra services and rest because of all the three good factors.

From the above graph it is clear that highest of the customer are mindful of products and
services offered by SBI bank i.E. 91% and 9% client will not be mindful of services supplied
by way of SBI bank.
