In today’s world teachers are overworked and they are also expected to essentially shape the future of the
nation with very limited resources. We have to deal with issues such as problem students, insufficient funding
and a whole host of other issues within the realms of the classroom. Teachers need to be able to face these
problems head on if we want to make sure that we are making the best use of the school year.

I am writing to you to express my heartfelt congratulations and commendation on getting an award for being an
Outstanding Performer in the recently concluded Classroom Evaluation. Your persistence and hard work are
impressive and show exceptional discipline and dedication to this the department. Your actions directly impacted
the school. I want you to know that I value the amount of effort you have put into your work. You are
significantly appreciated as a part of this team.
