I, Miss Gayatri Patidar, M.Sc. II year student from Shree Anand Institute of
Nursing Rajkot, request you to go through the tool which is to be for data collection
for my dissertation to be submitted to Saurashtra university Rajkot, in my university
requirements for the award of degree of Master of science in Community Health
Nursing.

The problem statement is “A study to assess the effectiveness of planned teaching


programme on knowledge & attitude regarding prevention of acute respiratory tract
infections among mother of under-five children in selected rural areas of Rajkot,
Gujarat.”
OBJECTIVES FOR THE STUDY

1) To assess the existing knowledge & attitude regarding acute respiratory tract
infections among mother of under five children.
2) To develop and administer the planned teaching programme on prevention of
acute respiratory tract infection.
3) To assess the effectiveness of planned teaching programme in term of
knowledge and attitude regarding prevention of acute respiratory tract infections
among mother of under five children.
4) To find out significance association between knowledge and attitude regarding
prevention of acute respiratory infections with selected demographic variables.

Here with I am enclosing a copy of:
