Terms and Conditions


1. The price above does not include 10% VAT Prepaid monthly payment system
2. The hardware fee that has been paid will be fully owned by the customer
3. The installation process takes 7-20 working days (excluding the worst case) for the covered area (on-net)
4. Prospective customers who are in the area with Metro-E infrastructure, do not have to pay for the device costs. A
list of areas covered by the Metro-E infrastructure can be seen when registering.
5. Prospective customers who have not been reached can submit ROI. The price of the installation will be adjusted
to the ROI results and will be subject to a 12-month contract. (Especially for Metronet 4A)
6. Prospective ROI customers who terminate before the contract expires, a penalty fee of Rp. 4,400,000, -
7. For prospective customers who want to use Biznet Metronet services with a bandwidth of 100 Mbps, we need to
conduct an infrastructure survey first to the installation location.
8. Service, device and installation fees do not include a wifi router
