Dear Sir, 

With reference to underwater stone pitching, works at site was executed by M/s.L&T during
02.02.2018 to 13.03.2018 as a part of shore protection scope of EPC Contract. Subsequently
IWAI has communicated to undertake following survey and investigations,
 Underwater photography
 Bathymetry survey

In compliance to above L&T has undertaken underwater photography Chainage 500 to 680
during 24.02.2020 to 27.02.2020 and bathymetry survey Chainage 500 to 680 during 04.03.2020
to 05.03.2020 and shared the data vide Ref.4 to TSSC1.

TSSC1 has reviewed the data/documents in accordance with EPC contract, approved drawings
(Fig. 2 & 3) and concerns by IWAI. The observations of TSSC1 in compliance to aforesaid are as
follows:
