Investigation Report On Robbery

Police Officer Romulo Dalisay investigated an alleged robbery that occurred at the house of Anna Juarez in Calabanga, Camarines Sur. On the night of December 10, 2020, Ms. Juarez heard noises downstairs but ignored them. The next morning, she discovered her kitchen window had been smashed. Her neighbor, Rianne Mercado, had witnessed an alleged suspect smash the window and rob the house. Security camera footage confirmed the suspect and stolen items. Ms. Juarez reported the incident to police on December 11. Based on the investigation, Police Officer Dalisay recommends referring the case to the City Prosecutor's office.

possible prosecution.
III FACTS/INVESTIGATION/FINDINGS
Between 10:00-11:00 o’clock in the evening, on December 10,2020, Anna Juarez and
her family was already sleeping in their house. Anna Juarez was suddenly awake
because of the noise she heard downstairs, she glanced at the wall clock to and saw
that it was already 10:00 in the evening. Thinking that maybe it was just a cat or mouse,
she just ignore it and go back to sleep.
During that night on the same date and time, Rianne Mercado the neighbor of Juarez
family was still awake when the incident happened. She glanced at the window and saw
the alleged suspect smashing the window of the kitchen of the victim. Because of
terrible fear, she ignore it and decide to tell the victim what she witnessed the next
morning.
Early in the morning Anna Juarez went to their kitchen to have a drink when she noticed
that the window was forcibly destroyed. Their neighbor Rianne Mercado went to their
house at 5:10 in the morning and tell what she witnessed during that night of incident.
They decided to check the CCTV footage and confirmed the suspect and the things that
he rob. On December 11, 2020 at about 10:30 in the morning the victim report to the
Calabanga MPS of the alleged incident. One of the Police officer went to their house
and investigate the circumstances of the alleged incident.
IV RECOMMENDATION/DISPOSITION
In view of the foregoing, this office hereby recommends to refer this instant case before
the office of the City Prosecutor
