Matrix of Suggestons/Corrections & Action Taken

This document provides a matrix of suggestions and corrections that were given for a research paper, and actions taken in response. There were three main suggestions: 1) to develop the introduction and background more fully to identify malnutrition as the problem; 2) to change one of the research problems; and 3) to modify the conceptual framework and omit certain variables. The actions taken were: 1) identifying malnutrition in the background across international, national and local data; 2) changing the second research problem; and 3) omitting socioeconomic status and Pinggang Pinoy as variables. Pages were referenced for where the actions could be found in the revised paper.
