Safety Alert
Safety information to evaluate and adapt your operations

Plan Close

Keep in contact with your Journey Always stay in your vehicle and never
Management (JM) Coordinator. leave until search and rescue arrives.

Points to consider before you travel:


1 Before you leave, inspect your vehicle 6 Notify Supervisor and JM Coordinator if you

2 Take plenty of water with you. 7 Always stay in your vehicle and never

3 Keep in contact with your Journey
Management (JM) Coordinator. 8 Drive on off-road terrain only if you have
the proper training and vehicle.
4 Confirm you have proper communication
devices (mobile phone, radio, etc). 9 Close out the journey per the plan with
Journey Management Coordinator.
5 Only deviate from your plan after
obtaining your Supervisor’s approval.
