Transitions: Students will remain in their handball teams and will be working on 1 tchouk per team from the next
few activities. 80% Rule C1, P1, P2,A1

students a different opponent for this round.
Challenge: Handball
Divide students into pairs by the color of their shirts. Then send one partner to the right side of the gym and the 5 minutes C1,A1
other to the left side.
There is no defense!
3 passes to move the ball down court to try to score a point.
Turnover occurs when; the ball hits the ground or the ball goes out of bounds
Players are allowed 3 steps when they are in possession of the ball and must pass the ball within 5 seconds.
At least 3 different players must touch the ball before crossing the end zone to score a point.

3 man weave
Set up: Students will be in 3 lines, starting at the mid court line. C1, C2, P1, P2
The student in the middle of the 3 lines will start with the ball and must throw the ball to one of the students on
either side of them. The receiving student will then pass the ball across court to the student who has not
touched the ball yet. Once everyone has touched the ball, students may take a shot at the tchouck. When a shot
is taken, the two students who did not take a shot will get in position to rebound the ball. Once the ball is
rebounded, the group will walk along the outside of the court to rejoin lines.

Transition: The students will remain in the same teams for the official game.
C1, C2, P1, P2
Game play: 80% Rule
Students will be divided into 4 quadrants with about 8-10 students per quadrant. Next, the students will be
divided into teams of 5. After that, the students will play 3 minute games and the scores will be kept. Then the
team on the sideline will rotate in the game. The teams will continue to rotate after each game until we signal for
them to stop.
● Teams have to complete 3 passes to 3 different players before they can take a shot at a tchouk.
● A point is awarded when the ball hits the rebounder and can not be caught by the opposing team.
● if the opposing team catches the ball from off a rebound they take possession of the ball.
● Teams can shoot on either tchouk.
● 5 seconds to get rid of the ball.
● 3 steps allowed when a student has possession of the ball
● 3 shots at the same tchouk before play must switch sides.
● If the ball goes out of bounds from a shot,no point is awarded and the opposing team takes position
where the ball went out.
● If the ball is dropped or goes out of bounds from a pass, the opposing team takes possession of the ball
from the nearest sideline.
● If a student misses the Tchouk all together, a point is awarded to the opposing team.
