Introduction:Good morning class. How is everyone doing today? Great! Well, today we are going to perform
some skills for tchoukball such as throwing, catching, rebounding, and passing. Tchoukball is a game from 1960,
which includes a combination of handball and volleyball. For today's games, we are going to use a mature form
for throwing overhand and underhand at the tchouk. Also, we will demonstrate verbal cues to catch objects at
different levels such as a diamond shape and pinkies touching. These two skills are very important for students in
many sports or physical activities. We will watch a short video that provides a demonstration of Tchoukball.

Tchoukball. Can anyone tell me why it is important to hit the jukeball net at an angle? Great. You want to practice
throwing the juke ball in an angle with light force because it will be harder for the opposing team to catch the
ball. All these skills are very important to learn because you can use them in sports such as basketball, football,
and more. The reason why we are practicing these skills is so you can learn how to demonstrate tasks that can
progress into a game. Do I have anyone that wants to volunteer and help me with a demonstration, please?

play some small-sided games to get you warmed up. After that, we will start playing full-court
scrimmage games. The small-sided games will be a review of the tactical skills for the full court games.
Can anyone tell me some tactical skills they used last Friday? Great. The tactical skills you will be
performing are rebounding, throwing, catching, moving to open space and passing. When you are
playing defense, you will need to be ready to rebound the ball that is thrown off the tchouk net to stop
the opposing team from scoring. Remember, “Defend the line!”. Also, you need to remember how to
strike the tchouk net at different angles to make it harder for the opposing team to catch the ball.
Also, I want to remind everyone of the verbal cues for catching passes that are thrown high or low.
Lastly, you must get rid of the ball as quickly as possible when you are throwing the tchoukball. The
reason why we are practicing these skills is so you can use them in the full court scrimmage games.
Can anyone tell me the world record for the fastest time a team scored a point? Great. Do I have
