You are on page 1/ 3

Good evening everyone,

How are you guys?

Ok, hope you all are placed for internships?

This is 2nd time we are meeting and I have already discussed about my experience of internship.

Ok Please keeps few things clear in your mind during your internship,

The first one is

1-Your hard work (ok tell me what you guys think which one is important hard
work or smart work),

don’t you guys think combination of both hardwork and smart work is
important or first you have to do hard work and then only you can do smart
work, (I guess everyone is fresher right?). So guys when I was doing my internship I use to sit for 10 +
hrs in a room and believe me guys my whole family was irritated with me, they always ask me to just go
out and have some fresh air . But I was like thoda SA aur hai n, kar lene do, and the motivation behind
that effort was some words from patra sir, he always used to tell me Tiwari more the effort in sip, lesser
will be the risk for final placements aur ye chiz mere dimaag me baith gye ti ,

Actually I was targeting for ppo from cibc but muje ni pata ta itni jaldi mil jaayega , on every Friday use
to take review calls-----story

2-Don’t go for short cuts because Prof Patra Plag check is applied in your every work –either it
is your sip proposals or its your sip report, r chalo thk hai bhaii kab tk short cut se kaam chalaoge apne
life me . I am telling you these things because I have seen people getting zero in their sip proposals and
reports for just chepoying things

3- be proactive & communicative during your internship – why I am saying this because I
believe this also helped me in getting ppo from the company , I was the only intern who was reporting
my manger on a daily basis –main call kr leta ta bhai koi bhi dikkat hoti ti to sarmaana kya hai isme
seeekhne to aaye hai , sir jaise bolte hai haath gande krlo abhi jitna krna hai ek baar corporate me aaoge
fr koi gunjaish ni hai

4- Do not hesitat to consult patra sir , - and what I like more about sir is , he will
tell all the pros and cons of every situation but decision humesa tmaare upr chord dete hai

5- Quality of the report – quality of work –data is very important (hawa me kch ni krna )
every thing should clear and detailed , because it will help you during your interviews
Why prof patra -R jo serious hai marketing r sales ko leke usko main clear

And last thing is, you guys have sip orientation tomorrow, so do you guys have prepared any questions
for the session ok,

I have prepared 2-3 questions like,

1-How to approach the situation when your industries mentor is not responding?

2-Are there opportunities to continue working part-time during the semester?

3-How difficult will it be for the students who opt to sit for different stream after completing sip in
different stream? Or what do I do if I don’t want to pursue a career in that particular industry?

4-what are the some important tools or some certification courses that are necessary before
going for sip?

5-How can I network through this internship and build connections/relationships for the

future?

6-what can be the expectation of the company from an intern?

7- How to convert the SIP into PPO or PPI?
