the importance of Physical Fitness on the following aspects.

MENTAL HEALTH

Physical Fitness have a huge help for our mental health. Mental health is one of the problems
that many people are struggling to nowadays. When we learn to properly continue to have a physical
fitness in our life, we don’t have something to overthink about our body's or wellbeing performance.
The thoughts and emotion that we will feel will most likely be positive. Aside from this, we can able to
perceive everything about us with full of calm and happiness. We can assure ourselves that we can work
and response accordingly in different life events.

PHYSICAL HEALTH

In terms of physical health, physical fitness is really significant. It can able us to enjoy our life to
the fullest since it can prevent us from different diseases and illness that we can occur from the
surroundings. Furthermore, physical fitness can improve our bodies strength and endurance even in a
heavy activities or work. We can do many things that can make us effectively function in our daily lives.

SOCIAL HEALTH

Physical fitness also has a big contribution in our social health. Being a physically fit individual
means we are capable to frequently participate in different activities that can form an interaction with
other people. This can develop our skills and can gain confidence to communicate and associate with
others. Lastly, it will bring joy to our social life because we can make tons of new friends that we will
meet while doing task related to this.

SPIRITUAL HEALTH

In spiritual health, engagement in physical fitness can open our eyes for a reflection and
realization. This can lead us to find peace and contentment in life. Developing yourself to be a better
version of you and learn to know your worth by accepting physical fitness. The activities involve with this
can also entertain yourself which you can find comfort to. And, Physical fitness can make you discover
new things within you.

Why do you think physical fitness is the best medicine for prevention of diseases and illnesses?

Physical Fitness is something that we should be acknowledging. It is really a best medicine that
we can have which can avoid us from diseases and illnesses. How? Being able to perform effectively and
efficiently will makes our body function regularly that can turn it to be stronger. This has a great impact
in every parts of our body because it becomes active by the practices that we are doing. Also, this can
raise the immune system of our body which one of the factors that can protect us. We must not neglect
doing physical activity earlier as possible so that when we grow older, we can still be productive and
have a long-life span ahead of us. Always remember “Prevention is better than cure”.
