Prosecutor Ethelinda Bacal of Misor OPP docketed under NPS NO. X-05-INQ-21D-00207 and
thereafter a case of MURDER was filed at Branch 38, RTC 10,CDOC docketed under criminal
case no. R-CDO-21-01598-CR dated April 13, 2021 with EMMANUEL P. PASAL as the
presiding judge.

3. No amount of bail was recommended.
