ATTENDANCE POLICY
OBJECTIVE:
To make employees present for work, on time, each day. Regular attendance and punctuality are important to keep the
team and company running smoothly. Arriving late, being tardy or absence from work causes disruptions and creates
burden on colleagues.
To provide an environment that helps employees to maintain their work life balance and wellbeing.
To serve the purpose of management regarding promotion, increment and other benefits so that employees are treated
fairly and work with greater efficiency.
OFFICE TIME:
Employees reporting for duty between 9:16 am and 9:30 am will be considered "Late". For first Three late
marks in a month will be liable for adjustment of 1 day leave, after that each late marks in a same month
will be liable for adjustment of 1 day leave.
Note: Annual leave will only be preferred for adjustment.
For any visit locally or outstation for official purpose, Employee must update immediate reporting
supervisor and Human resources department in written.
For any delay in reaching office on time, Employee will notify reporting supervisor immediately and submit
approved application to Human resources department on coming back to duty.
Employee is responsible to ensure and check his/her daily attendance/late coming/approvals etc.
Attendance will be recorded through Honesty book/Finger print/Scanning and Punch card.
In case there is no leave in the balance then Loss of pay (LOP) will be considered.
Attendance sheet will be followed to prepare Salary sheet and other benefits.
