In the interest of the service and in view of the Memorandum issued by ASec.
Florida M. Dijan dated April 13, 2021 with the abovestated subject, all interested DILG
Region 08 personnel is hereby encouraged to participate in the conduct of free LEAP IP
Forward Training Program for Public Servants on April 23, 2021, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
via Zoom.

The program aims to provide a comprehensive and targeted lecture series on


intellectual property for specific sectors to have a better understanding of the laws and
system of IP on their respective fields.

Interested personnel may register online thru bit.ly/LEAPIPForward.
