Running Orcaflex: Default Start-Up

OrcaFlex is software for modeling flexible pipes and cables. By default, when running OrcaFlex it will look for a license on a local dongle first, then a network dongle. It will claim a full license unless the /DisableDynamics switch is used. Command line parameters can modify the startup behavior, for example to prioritize a network license over a local one.
