Yes, RA 10647 is welcome for me. Because it promotes a lifelong learning. This allows
a student to continue earning units for his or her course or degree even when he or she is
working, thus making sure that the opportunity for education or career advancement is
not lost.

2. Does RA 10647 encourage enrollment in tech-voc courses? Explain your answer.

Yes, RA 10647 provides a pathway in pursuing tech-voc courses. People who are in need
to work immediately can work and study at the same time. This is a very practical matter.
And tech-voc courses are very in demand nowadays. That is why this ladderized system
of education is very encouraging.
