I think, I am qualified for the post prayed for because I was in serving as a “Production Controller”
in Beximco Fashions Ltd. DEPZ. I have much knowledge about RMG. Here my duty was to collect
data for the calculation of Line Efficiency & Operator’s Personal Efficiency, NPT (Non-Productive
Time) sheet fill-up, after that my duty was to calculation both the efficiency. I have better
knowledge about GSD (General Sewing Data) a software of England. This software has been using
few large group in Bangladesh. I am able calculate SMV (Standard Minute Value) by using GSD
both computer & manually, find out the bottleneck of a line & convert in into a flow line. Work
place design, work study, time study, motion study, capacity study, analysis method, follow-up the
low performing operator & develop them were also my regular work. I have completed “Diploma-
In-Computer” both Hardware & Software with Internet & E-Mail. I am energetic, able to face any
stress in profession. At present I have been serving as a “Compliance Officer” in Sinha Textile
Group & Opex Group & performing the all compliance issues with efficiency.
