Download SecuGen Pro20 Device Drivers

Open Downloads
Extract U20_Legacy_Driver_v127.zip file
Click Extract

Extract SGIRD_Windows_25.zip file


Click Extract
Open the folder U20_Legacy_Driver_v127

Run sgdx.exe
Click refresh and Init

Click Auto Capture


Copy the address of U20_Legacy_Driver_v127

Open SGIRD_Windows_25
Run SGIRD_WIN32_10025.exe file

Click on yes

Again yes
Click Next

Click next again


Paste address of U20_Legacy_Driver_v127

Click yes
And install

Open folder U20_Legacy_Driver_v127


Search sgirdclient.exe file in U20_Legacy_Driver_v127

Run sgirdclient.exe
SecuGen RDService client file always show in taskbar

For check status :-


Please click discover secugen RD service

Open control penal


Open hardware and sound

Open devices and printers


Window key + R (devmgmt.msc) and press enter

Open device manager


Uninstall secugen fingerprint device
Click Update Drivers

Browse my computer for driver software


Windows key + R (cmd) and press enter
Open CMD

Uninstall other windows update services

Type :- net stop wuauserv


Type :- sc config wuauserv start=disabled

Open U20_Legacy_Driver_v127
Run sgirdclient.exe file

Check RD service status

Click Discover secuGen RDService
